Sprinkler System Maintenance
We provide complete maintenance, testing, repairs, and installation of fire sprinkler and fire pump systems, ensuring your fire protection infrastructure remains reliable, compliant, and ready to perform in an emergency. Our services cover monthly, six-monthly, annual, five-yearly, ten-yearly, and twenty-five-yearly servicing, in accordance with Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
What’s Included:
- Monthly inspections of sprinkler valves, pumps, gauges, and control equipment
- Six-monthly and annual testing of sprinkler system operation and alarms
- Inspection and testing of fire pumps (electric and diesel), controllers, and fuel systems
- Flow and pressure testing to verify system performance
- Five-yearly internal pipework inspections and testing as required
- Ten-yearly testing, inspection, and replacement of sprinkler heads where applicable
